The Casacce homestead  is an elegant stone farmhouse nestled in the rolling hills of Bibbona, along the picturesque Strada Vicinale dei Gelsi, a dirt road that cuts through the Magona scrub and connects the Strada Provinciale dei Quattro Comuni to the village of Bibbona.

Skillfully renovated with full respect for Tuscan tradition, the farmhouse combines rustic charm and modern comforts. Reached via a dirt road of approximately 2.5 km, it is the first of three properties in the Ville Gelsi group, followed by Podere Leccino (500 m away) and Podere Ginepraia (a further 500 m away).

The location is open and commanding, with a 360° panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside. The farmhouse enjoys absolute tranquility and privacy, a mild climate from April to October and often pleasantly warm even in winter. The farmhouse, approximately 600 square meters on two floors, can accommodate up to 16 people in two independent apartments, each sleeping eight, connected internally by a staircase.

The property can be rented as a whole or as two separate units, with the option of adding up to 5 additional single beds (2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor).

Ground Floor
The ground floor (approximately 300 square meters) includes a spacious living room with a TV area, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for groups of up to 16 people.
There are four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Outside, the east-facing dining area features two large tables, chairs, and umbrellas, perfect for al fresco dining.

First Floor
The first floor (approximately 260 square meters) offers a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, lounge, four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a guest bathroom, and a panoramic south-facing terrace, connected to the garden by an external staircase.
The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying spectacular sunsets.

Outdoors
The outdoor spaces are the true highlight of Podere Casacce: a splendid 12x6 meter panoramic, heatable swimming pool,  a sun bathing area with  sun loungers, deckchairs, umbrellas, and a shady pergola.
Completing the property are a brick barbecue and wood-fired oven for oudoor lunches and dinners.
