Podere Ginepraia is located on the crest of a hill on a local dirt road that leads into the Magona State Forest Park. To reach this farmhouse, it is necessary to drive along a dirt road for approximately 3 km.
The house is independent with a private swimming pool and has a total of 9 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, 18+2 sleeps.
Two of the bedrooms are at the ground floor and can be accessed directly from the garden while the others are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has a private lounge where two extra beds can be added. All rooms have air conditioning.
All ground floor rooms have access to the garden that surrounds the house.
